The president of SNMAC Construction is a former Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) who established her first business in 2012. With a passion for decorating interior spaces, she launched SNMAC Construction in 2021 together with Ar. Claud. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and shopping, drawing inspiration from her experiences around the world.

Chief Executive Officer

Claud became a licensed architect in 2014 and is also a master plumber and environmental planner. She graduated BS Architecture from the University of Santo Tomas and earned her Diploma in Urban Planning from the University of the Philippines. With over eight years of experience at firms like Palafox Associates, WCY Architects, Goico Architectural Design Studio, and Brostan Construction, she founded SNMAC Construction in 2021.

Marlon

Senior Architect

With over a decade of experience in architectural design, he brings expertise in planning, detailing, designing, and coordinating projects across both public and private sectors. His strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, along with a deep understanding of engineering and architectural principles, make him an invaluable asset to any
team.

Roberto

Office Designer

Roberto is the Office Designer, specializing in Architectural 3D Visualization and CAD operations. He excels in creating as- built drawings, detailed 3D models, and stunning exterior and interior perspectives. With expertise in architectural design and site planning, Roberto ensures each project is both aesthetically pleasing and functional. Outside of work, he enjoys playing chess, a hobby that enhances his strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Joy Ann

Office Engineer

Joy Ann is a dedicated engineer in Quezon City with over 7 years of construction experience. She excels in managing detailed construction files and is well-versed in plans, estimates, billing, and related documents.
Inspired by the belief that “As a woman, you can defy stereotypes and dominate in a male-dominated industry,” Joy Ann exemplifies resilience and determination.

Site Engineer

Jeric is a highly skilled Site Engineer with extensive experience in managing construction projects. He excels in coordinating site activities and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Jeric’s dedication to quality control and safety is unwavering, as he prioritizes maintaining high standards throughout the construction process. His strong communication fosters seamless collaboration, helping the team work together toward achieving project goals.

Accounting Officer

With over 25 years of experience, this dedicated and detail-oriented
Accounting Staff excels in bookkeeping, financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. They systematically record all financial transactions and prepare reports to assess the organization’s financial position. As the eldest sibling and a mother of three, they have embraced the art of letting go of control while remaining hands-on and dedicated to their various crafts.

HR Generalist

With 5 years of experience in Human Resources and a diploma in Psychology, she brings expertise in recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training & development, performance management, and policy implementation. She oversees daily core HR functions with a focus on creating a positive workplace environment.

Meet Sheena, a dedicated purchasing officer with over five years of experience. She has а proven track record of effectively communicating with suppliers and vendors to build strong relationships and ensure timely deliveries. Ruby excels at negotiating competitive prices, optimizing costs and maximizing value for her organization. Her attention to detail ensures accurate procurement correspondence and files, making her a vital asset to the procurement team.

Sandy is a dedicated liaising officer based in Quezon City, boasting five years of experience in coordinating communication and operations. He has a proven track record of fostering strong relationships between departments, ensuring that workflows remain seamless and efficient. Sandy’s excellent interpersonal skills make him a vital asset to the team. Outside of work, he enjoys playing basketball, showcasing his competitive spirit and love for teamwork in both his professional and personal life.
